I played a pivotal role in helping a cycling club business expand its horizons by designing innovative new product offerings. Bespoke tour packages were tailored to capture the interest of a fresh audience segment, introducing weekend getaways centred around e-bike tours, designed to showcase the stunning South Downs in Sussex.
Our packages went beyond traditional cycling tours, incorporating enriching activities, sightseeing adventures, and personalised foody experiences. These captivating offerings were also designed with corporate teams in mind, providing a unique blend of outdoor exploration and team-building opportunities.
After successfully establishing these products, my attention shifted towards the strategic development of digital and print collateral. This was aimed at effectively marketing and monetising the exciting new offerings.

EXPERIENCES
To achieve new revenue for the business I designed a series of new packages offering e-cycling tours and experiences for corporate days out and weekends. Targeting London businesses of 35+, the packages included the best of Sussex, such as foody experiences, local sights and beautiful accommodation, by e-bike and Cadence guided tour. Beyond establishing the specifics of each package, including partnerships and pricing, the output for this project was the design of several e-brochures, print brochures and new sections to the website.

In addition to wider cast business initiatives, we ramped up the local events program, appealing to local social groups. Outputs included a series of posters, social posts, social ads, flyers and dedicated web pages with bespoke content.
